Book Donations
If you have books to donate then please Contact Us by
calling 8034 6269.
Since opening the shop in January we have been overwhelmed with the
generosity of the community in donating books to us. While our sales
have been increasing steadily, the rate of donations has far
exceeded the rate of sales increase and the shop has been piled high
with donations and our volunteers have been struggling to keep up with
the pace of sorting and processing them.
We
need to be selling books at a comparable rate to keep it all in balance
and would appreciate it if you could call us before arriving
at the shop with your books. If you can hold them
temporarily until we have finished
sorting and placing our existing stock on the shelves we would
appreciate it. We do not want to discourage you from donating them to
us. We are taking steps to increase our storage capacity and
distribution channels.
