Mulga Road Books Donors
We express our gratitude to everyone who has donated books to our shop. We were overwhelmed with donations towards the end of last year and our storage space was overflowing. We have been working diligently to reorganise how we process them so that we can continue to accept all donations .
We are currently installing new shelving into the storeroom so that we can better sort and group books for:
- sale in the shop
- redistibution to other community groups
- wholesale to other booksellers
We appreciate your patience when we ask if you can hold books temporarily until we can take more. We do understand that sometimes this is not possible and that you need to donate them to someone who can take them immediately.
"Donations in Kind" to other community groups, who can benefit from a gift of books, is one strategy we are developing to put donations to good use.
